As a young woman Sarah began her art career with water colors and then oils. Painting the rich and majestic landscapes of Alberta and Saskatchewan her journeys took her to meadows, rivers, plains, and mountains. Later she transitioned into the acrylics and she began experimenting with different surfaces. Over the years she has painted on rocks, boards, milk cans and even elk hides.
